About
Established in 2006 and incorporated as Central Victorian Lion Team Inc., CVLT is Bendigo's second lion dance organisation, distinct from the historical Bendigo Chinese Association Lion Team. Operating three teams — Lion Dance, Fu Wa Girls Dance, and Dragon — the troupe is a Child Safe Compliant organisation with Working with Children certified leaders. The team participates in the Bendigo Easter Fair and other central Victorian cultural events, and offers a 4-week free trial for prospective members.
